A Note of Retirement

After thirty-two years, gratitude comes first.

After thirty-two years of practice in Nashville, Cynthia J. Bohn will retire from the practice of law, effective December 31, 2026.

It has been her calling and her privilege to stand beside Tennessee families in the moments they needed counsel most. She is grateful to every client who trusted her with their story, and to the colleagues and courts of Middle Tennessee for a career she would not trade.

This site remains as a record of that work, and her writings on Tennessee family law remain available below. She is no longer accepting new matters.
